What type of structures do you build?
| J. E. Futch is a full featured Building Contractor. We can design and build nearly any type of Residential dwelling. We also can design and build Commercial Building such as Offices, Warehouse etc. |
Does J. E. Futch install wells and septic tanks?
| Yes. As it pertains to the construction of your new house through our network of approved Sub-Contractors. |
Does J. E. Futch have preferred lender or bankers?
| Yes. We have access to many different lending institutions and would be happy to setup or make arrangements to help you get financing. |
Can J. E. Futch help me find a lot?
| Yes, we can. In fact, we often have many of our own lots to choose from. In addition, we have complete access to any lots that may be available in the area and would be happy to help you find one that suits your need. |
Will I be able to install my own irrigation and landscaping?
| We have Landscape and Irrigation Sub-Contractors as part of our team and would prefer to use these professionals. However, you CAN do these things only AFTER the Home is complete, inspections are complete, a CEO (Certificate of occupancy) has been issued and all payments made. |
Will I be able to supply any of my own materials? (Lighting, Plumbing, Flooring etc…)
| In general, the answer is No. J. E. Futch must maintain, and is responsible for the Quality, Control, Delivery and Safety of all materials on the job. |
Do I need to provide my own sub-contractors?
| J. E. Futch has assembled a team of Professional Sub-Contractors that we have used for many years. Our policy is NOT to use Sub-Contractors who are not already contracted with us. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of Control, Quality and also Workplace safety. |
Does J. E. Futch construct attached docks or decks over water?
| We have reputable Sub-Contractors that we have used who can do this. They have many years of experience with references. |
Will J. E. Futch perform any demolition needed on the site?
| Generally, we build on vacant lots. If provided for in the Contract for your New Home, we will use on of our own Demolition Companies to handle this end of the Project. |
Can I Install a pool during construction Custom Home?
| Yes, providing the Pool is contracted through a J. E. Futch Pool Contractor and the site size, location and Home will support the installation of the pool. All local Building Depatment conditions must be met. |
Does J. E. Futch do remodeling or additions?
| Yes, J. E. Futch does do Additions. Contact us for further information via any of the forms available of our site and discuss the project with us. If you prefer, simply call us (863) 382-2036 |
Does J. E. Futch clear and prep my site for construction?
| Yes, upon the acceptance of the site conditions, J. E. Futch will perform any site condition prep required. |
Building on your lot or ours ?
| We have many of our own lots for sale and access to all available lots in the area. If you have your own lot, we would be happy to design a house that works on your lot. |
How Are Your Homes Designed?
| J. E. Futch uses the latest State Of The Art computer design software. In addition, we have won MANY awards for our Designs. We have a In House design staff that will be happy to meet with you and help build your dream home. Because we design in the Computer, these plans are available to be viewed in 3 Dimensionally. You can visualize how your house will look before it is built. Also, becuase of high precision of CAD, viewer errors occur and when they do they are more easily rectified. |
Can J. E. Futch Build On My Lot ?
| Yes, we would be happy to design and build one of our Quality houses on your lot. |
